Anne has endured and overcome PHYSICAL hardships like 10 surgeries (6 as a result of a broken neck) and 2 major car accidents.

Rachelle Hansen, Graphic Designer

Rachelle Hansen has over 15 years of experience in the graphic design industry. She received an associate degree in commercial art from Madison Area Technical college and has participated in many workshops and training programs in the years since to keep up with the changing technology of the industry.

Rachelle has experience in all aspects of the printed medium: from advertising and direct mail marketing to packaging design and product literature. She also enjoys working on corporate branding and identity. Creating a logo for a company that quickly and simply defines a company in that one distinctive mark is one of Rachelle’s favorite projects.

Rachelle has been working with Spieker Connection for 5 + years and looks forward to finding creative results for all future clients. She has 5 kids, enjoys the outdoors, a good book and anything with chocolate.

Desiree Sawyer, Personal Assistant

Desiree Sawyer has over 10 years of experience in the legal industry.  She received an associate degree in applied science of paralegal studies from Michiana College in 2001.  She attends workshops and seminars to keep updated on the changing technology and current issues of the time.

Not only does she have experience in the administrative/legal world, she also has over a decade of experience in the service industry and also has personal working knowledge of factory settings.

As a paralegal for the last seven years, Desiree has been assisting attorneys and other professionals.  She is very proficient in all aspects of the office world.  She excels in Word, PowerPoint, Paint, Excel and picks up other software in the drop of a hat.  Desiree has an excellent eye for detail and is able to find that needle in the haystack.  Desiree holds herself to a very high ethical standard and takes pride in everything she does. 

Desiree has just recently joined Spieker Connection, as a Personal Assistant and looks forward to finding creative results for all future clients.   On a personal note, Desiree has been married for five years.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, baking and making crafts.  

Kristen Eichmann, Web Development & Online Marketing

Kristen Eichmann is the President of Net Success Marketing, an online marketing and web development company that specializes in helping clients think “out of the box” and objectively see their businesses from their customers’ point of view.

Kristen also specializes in building and establishing a trusted and widely recognized brand from the ground up. She has helped local businesses such as marriage expert Larry Bilotta transition his business from purely local based sales, to a widely-recognized, international brand that has become one of the leaders in his industry online throughout North America, Europe and the Far East.

Kristen has honed her skills working closely with leaders in online marketing, copywriting and SEO through coaching and business mentorships. A long time member of StomperNet, a leading internet marketing training company, Kristen stays on the cutting edge of marketing through workshops in New York, Phoenix and Las Vegas in the areas of SEO and software integration.

Kristen spends most of her time focusing on her clients as well as several of her own projects. She works closely with her talented team of PHP programmers, skilled staff of creative writers and link building team to support her clients and the wide variety of services Net Success Marketing offers.

Kristen attended Moraine Park College for web development and now serves as a member of the Moraine Park Web Development advisory board. She has been a guest speaker on topics like “How to succeed as an entrepreneur in today’s economic climate”.

Partnering as a consultant with local businesses like Ontech Systems, Kristen helps their clients’ websites transition from online brochures to automated, income-producing, lead generation systems.

Kristen has worked with Spieker Connection as a web developer for 5 + years and looks forward to helping all future clients establish a major presence in their respective industry.
